Interventional Cardiology Fellows are invited to this educational program focused on fundamentals of Interventional Cardiology. Both basic and complex coronary interventions will be covered, using a case-based teaching method, live-case transmissions, and hands-on modelling workshops with Industry. Fellows will enjoy a very interactive educational dialogue with an exceptional faculty dedicated to dynamic understanding of both the art and science of Interventional Cardiology.   • Engage fundamental to advanced skills for Interventional Cardiology including vascular access, pharmacology for Interventions, and the latest PCI devices and technology
  • Develop strategies for optimal PCI from simple to complex lesion including physiologic evaluation and intracoronary imaging
  • Identify and manage complications and emergency situations in the Cath Lab

NOTE: This program is intended to prepare Final Year Interventional Cardiology Fellows for interventional practice.


Space is limited and acceptance will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel accommodations (room and tax) at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch for the nights of Tuesday, March 17th, Wednesday, March 18th, Thursday, March 19th and and Friday, March 20th will be covered. A round-trip coach airline ticket will also be reimbursed, based upon the Fellows Course Guidelines. No International Travel will be covered. Attendance at the SIF General Sessions is required and Full SIF Registration Fees are waived.
